Dear Gulf Stream Builders,

We would like to take this time to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Bill Davey and his contracting team at Millville by the Sea. Carl and I recently settled at the Sand Dollar Village Community and we are still pleasantly surprised at the seamless construction, occupancy, customer service and settlement services.

It was apparent to us in the contractual stage that Mr. Davey has years of knowledge and experience in home building industry. In addition, it was comforting to hear the explanation that Gulf Stream and Mr. Davey will still play a role in the community long after the purchase of our home.

At the first phase, long distance building raised issues for my husband and I. After observing the sales center support provided by Barbara Dolezal the up to date construction photo gallery, contract execution and outstanding customer service, our fears and questions were put to rest. During the second phase when Mr. Bill and Mr. Steve greeted us at our unit with a clean, immaculate framing site and offered clear expectations we were reinforced with our great decision. All communications clearly outlined what the next steps required for both our builder and us the customer.

All development stages held to projected schedule and during construction we maintained clear communications with Gulf Stream builders. Before my husband and I celebrated the holidays we were selecting dates for final walk-threw and settlement. It was at our final stage when Mr. Davey introduced us to Mr. Chris who cares just as much as development as we do. We were pleasantly surprised when one of the owners of Gulf Stream took the time to sit in on our settlement.

We are happy to report occupancy took place in December and we still praise Gulf Stream construction team, Mr. Davey, Mr. Steve the framer and Mr. Chris. To say we are HAPPY and SATISFIED is an understatement. Carl and I did not just build a second home we built our next dream for our families and friends to enjoy!

I thank you immensely for the time, devotion, and skill dedicated to our unit. It felt at all times our home was the only home under construction that is how much attention we received. It is with sincere gratitude we accepted your gift package and again thank you for a job well done! We look forward to the next stages in the Millville by the Sea Community and are so pleased that we made the correct contracting decision!
