Dear friends,
Angel and I were delighted to have gone to settlement to finalize the purchase of our lovely house in the beautiful community of Millville by the Sea. The minute we saw the MBTS community we fell in love with it. It became our dream to own a vacation home there. We are happy that our dream came true.
From the beggining of the negotiations to purchase the house, we knew we were dealing with great and professional people. You all took excellent care of us and every step of the way was smooth, friendly, and professional. We were pleased with the attention to all the details and the quality of craftsmanship.
Brigit, you and all the staff in your office, made a big impact in our decision to buy at MBTS. The time that we met to decide on the options we wanted included on the final product, was an important one and all of you made the process very personal, interesting, easy, and fair. We felt that you were devoting all the time we needed to make important decisions and we never felt rushed.
Bill, our house is beautiful, we love it. Angel and I know that you take personal and professional satisfaction in your pride of craftsmanship. Congratulations for a job well done and for completing everything as scheduled. Our thanks also to Chris for his patience in answering all our questions and also for his professionalism.
Mike, thank you for your patience with us and for your work while we were trying to work on our contract.
Robin, it was also a delight having met you and Angel is delighted that you think he looks like your father. (Now I am your mama, too!)
Last -- but not least -- Mark. Mark, thank you for being at the table during the selection of the options. You gave us your time, your attention and your experience and helped us in deciding to choose important options. Also, thank you for the brick floor on our front porch. It looks awesome.
And to all of you, thank you for the beautiful fruit basket. It was a very pleasant surprise opening the fridge and seeing it there waiting for us.
