Mike was very helpful during the selection of the Seabreeze as the model of choice and lot 165 as the location. He did not even bat an eye when we changed our minds right in the middle of the process.
Brigit was the office coordinator with all involved (sales, construction team, mortgage company, insurance company, lawyer) answering questions and responding in a timely way.
We especially would like to thank Bill Davey and his assistant Chris Hitchins for their care in all parts of the construction process. They were always available to answer and respond to all of our questions and concerns in a very professional way. Their attention to detail was impressive. We are very happy with the end result.
