I would like to take this time to thank the Gulfstream Team at "Millville By The Sea" for a superb job well done.
Patti and I were looking to purchase a home at the beach for several years and just could not find that perfect opportunity for our family. We were looking for location (close to the beach), a quality builder ( someone that would build what we wanted in a home) and a fair and reasonable price in a community setting. After several days of searching the Bethany Beach area in June of this year, with no luck, we decided to stop by the Millville by the Sea sales office to see what you had to offer.
The sales staff were friendly and welcomed Patti and I as if we all know each other for years, but did not pressure us in to purchasing a home. We were aloud to go through the modal homes on our own but the staff was there when we had a question or requested additional information.
After deciding on which home we wanted to purchase (after several weeks on our own of research) the experience at Millville by the Sea only got better. From the Mortgage Company (SunTrust) working and helping us through the new government policies, to the preconstruction turnover meeting from sales to construction, to the actual building of our home (with the attention to details), to closing day.
