We recently closed on our new home on Tudor Place, in "Millville by the Sea." Bruce and I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new home and the "Gulfstream Experience."

Everyone from sales, preconstruction, construction and closing, were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole venture. During each phase, we were provided the benefit of their expertise and any changes, concerns, and/or questions were addressed immediately and carried out by Bill and his construction team.

We were offered many suggestions which enabled us to have a fantastic home at a very affordable price. We were truly surprised at how many "extras" were included as standard. The landscaping came out beautifully!

We look forward to enjoying many years in our new home in "Millville by the Sea." Thanks again to all! We would, without a doubt, recommend our family and friends to have the "Gulfstream Experience."
