Dear Brigit,
We wanted to provide you, the sales staff and the construction crew with a note of thanks for a job well done. Would you be so kind as to make sure everyone is made aware of this letter?
Our dream was to be able to retire at the beach. Unfortunately, the prices of beach houses kept going up and up and we thought we would never see our dream realized. Then we heard about Millville by the Sea, an up and coming town located four miles outside Bethany Beach. We loved the idea of being able to view the model homes at our leisure. Even though all the prices were affordable, there was no pressure from the sales people to buy. We were shown the layout of the town plan and how the phases would be developed.
Our thought was this was all too good to be true. Once home, we did a little research. We found Gulfstream Developers has been around awhile and we could not find and complaints about them. So, we decided this is the place for us.
We want to take this opportunity to thank the following people who helped make our beach house purchase a simple, painless and enjoyable experience:
To Mark, Bill, Chris and the rest of the construction crew. Every time we showed up unexpectedly, to take pictures of the progress, everyone was hard at work. Every time we had a question regarding the various phases of the construction, Bill was there to answer them. From the pre-construction planning to the pre-settlement walk-thru, it was the most stress-free experience we ever had.
To Barbara, Brigit, Rita and the rest of the sales staff. If we (really Linda) called once, we called several times a week. Sometimes several times in one day with questions. Even though we thought we were a bother, the girls couldn't have been nicer, patient and were very good at calming our jitters. Any and all questions were answered. So, to all of you, a great big thank you.
We look forward to becoming your new neighbors and we hope that the friendship continues on. Thank you again for everything.
